You have good ideas. You know your stuff. But the moment you need to present them to a group — in a meeting, a pitch, a presentation — your heart races, you stumble, and the version of you that speaks doesn't match the version that thinks. That gap is trainable. Not with therapy. With reps.
The Journey
Your 7-Day
Journey
See exactly what happens — day by day.
Record yourself speaking for 60 seconds about anything. Watch it back. Identify: eye contact, filler words (um/uh), pace, posture. This is your baseline. Don't judge it — study it. Every elite communicator started by seeing themselves clearly. You can't improve what you haven't measured.
Count your "um", "uh", "like", "you know" in a 2-minute talk. Then re-record replacing every filler with a deliberate pause. Silence is authority — most men have never learned this. A pause says: I'm thinking, not stumbling. The difference is immediately noticeable to listeners.
Posture and breathing before speaking changes everything: feet shoulder-width apart, shoulders back, 3 slow breaths. Practice the 2-minute power pose before your recording. Then record a 2-minute talk. Physiologically, this lowers cortisol and raises confidence. It works whether or not you believe it.
Every spoken idea needs a clear structure: Point → Reason → Example → Point again (PREP framework). Without structure, ideas land as rambling. With it, they land as conviction. Practice with a 3-minute talk on any subject using this exact framework. The structure becomes invisible — the clarity remains.
People remember stories, not data. Rewrite your Day 4 talk as a story: a problem, a struggle, and a resolution. Record it. Compare the engagement level of both versions. Great communicators don't present information — they take the listener somewhere. Data informs. Stories convince.
Find a real opportunity today to speak in public: ask a question in a meeting, make a toast at dinner, present an idea to a colleague, speak up in any group setting. Small stakes. Real practice. The body doesn't know the difference between a boardroom and a kitchen table — the reps transfer.
Compile your personal speaking system: your top 3 techniques that worked this week, your pre-talk routine (stance, breaths, intention), and your "10 reps" plan for the next 30 days. Skill without a maintenance plan degrades. This protocol is what separates the men who improve once from the men who keep improving.

What You’ll Walk
Away With
Real results. Not just feelings.
Baseline Recorded + Analyzed
You know exactly where you stand — filler words counted, pace assessed, posture evaluated. Improvement starts with an honest baseline, not a vague feeling.
Filler Words Reduced
Deliberate pauses replace nervous sounds. Silence becomes a tool, not a gap to fill. Listeners hear confidence instead of uncertainty.
PREP Framework Mastered
Every talk has a clear structure: Point, Reason, Example, Point. Your ideas land with conviction instead of trailing off.
Pre-Talk Confidence Protocol Built
A personal system: your power stance, your breathing routine, your mental intention. You walk into every speaking situation with a protocol, not just hope.
The Difference
Why This Works Better Than
Doing It Alone
Got Questions?
Questions About
This Challenge
No. Days 1–5 build the skill entirely through private practice reps. Day 6 introduces one real low-stakes moment — a question in a meeting, a comment at dinner. Nothing requires an audience of strangers.
Most men notice a measurable difference within 7 days of deliberate practice. The filler word reduction alone is visible in 2–3 days. The skill is trainable — it responds to reps.
The techniques in this challenge address anxiety-driven speech patterns — pace, filler words, structure, confidence. For clinical speech conditions, work with a speech therapist. These tools complement professional support, they don't replace it.
Both. The PREP framework and storytelling structure are real communication skills used by professional speakers. The physical techniques — power stance, breathing — are evidence-based for performance anxiety reduction. Neither is a trick.

Voices From
Our Community
“"I used to avoid all presentations. After one week of reps, I volunteered to present in my next team meeting. The preparation made it completely different."”
“"Eliminating filler words felt impossible on Day 1. By Day 5 I'd cut mine in half. The difference in how people listened to me was immediately noticeable."”
“"The pre-talk protocol — stance and 3 breaths — sounds too simple. It works anyway. I use it before every meeting now."”
